For longer term investors looking to build a portfolio of rental homes OR those investors who are handy and willing to take on their own projects without our assistance, we offer a flat fee service. With our flat fee service, you can acquire properties via auction, upon receipt of the certificate of title our fee is earned. The flat fee varies based on the over all cost of the property. There is a minimum $5,000 fee per purchase, and the commission percentage ranges from 3% to 6% of the property acquisition price. For investors purchasing five or more properties per year with us, we offer a volume discount of 3% per property with a minimum fee of $5,000 for any given purchase.
